Designs and improves enterprise AI conversation experiences across channels, advises customers and internal teams, and builds frameworks to evaluate and scale conversation and voice quality.
What you'll do
- Design and optimize AI conversations across chat, voice, SMS, and email; advise on conversation design and voice selection.
- Evaluate voice quality and interaction patterns, and create repeatable assessment frameworks and best-practice documentation.
- Partner with Engineering and Product to identify quality gaps, recommend platform improvements, and enable the Customer team.
