Own and improve Decagon’s business systems ecosystem, leading ERP and platform implementation, integrations, administration, and AI-powered process automation across business functions.
What you'll do
- Own systems strategy, configuration, integrations, access governance, data integrity, optimization, and administration.
- Design end-to-end financial and operational processes and automate bottlenecks across Finance, Accounting, People, and Legal.
- Lead system rollouts and upgrades, including training and user acceptance testing, and partner cross-functionally on scalable solutions.
