Designs and improves enterprise AI conversation experiences across channels, with a focus on voice quality, customer guidance, evaluation frameworks, and product improvements.
What you'll do
- Design and optimize AI conversations across chat, voice, SMS, and email; advise customers and internal teams on design practices.
- Evaluate voice quality and interaction patterns, and build repeatable frameworks for assessing performance.
- Partner with Engineering and Product on quality improvements, and create documentation and enablement resources.
