What you'll do
- Develop a multi-year global real estate portfolio plan based on headcount forecasts and office space needs.
- Negotiate leases, manage brokers and vendors, and oversee office build-outs and openings.
- Lead Workplace operations and partner with People, Finance, IT, and executives on growth planning and office experience.
