Own end-to-end delivery, adoption, and expansion of AI agents for healthcare customers, while shaping Decagon’s healthcare strategy and roadmap.
What you'll do
- Lead healthcare AI transformation and technical deployments, from executive discovery and solution scoping through production and expansion.
- Design and optimize agents for healthcare workflows, and own account trust requirements including PHI handling, consent, guardrails, and compliance evidence.
- Create reusable healthcare frameworks and playbooks, direct deployment teams, and feed customer learnings into Product and Engineering.
