What you'll do
- Lead strategy, negotiation, and execution of high-value enterprise agreements, including SaaS, on-premises, privacy, security, and channel agreements.
- Partner with sales and cross-functional teams on deal structuring, risk, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Improve agreements, playbooks, workflows, and training to scale commercial legal operations.
