What you'll do
- Own product design initiatives from discovery and scoping through launch and adoption, turning ambiguous problems into clear concepts and decisions.
- Interview customers, inform the roadmap, and deliver features, flow improvements, and foundational design systems in partnership with product and engineering.
- Prototype in Figma and AI tools, including directly on the codebase, and help shape the design team’s culture, hiring, and ways of working.
