What you'll do
- Own the voice runtime architecture and long-term roadmap; lead initiatives to improve speech understanding, synthesis quality, and conversational timing.
- Define reliability, testing, and observability standards, and build frameworks for debugging, measurement, and iteration.
- Mentor senior engineers and help set technical standards for the Voice group.
