Build and operate production voice AI solutions for a dedicated strategic customer, including integrations, tooling, and voice agents, while feeding field needs back into Deepgram’s platform.
What you'll do
- Build, ship, monitor, debug, and optimize production services, integrations, tooling, and voice agents.
- Work regularly on site with customer technical and business teams to deliver and scope solutions.
- Test changes against production data and collaborate with research and product teams on platform improvements.
