About the job
Own technical discovery, integration, deployment, and optimization of Deepgram’s voice AI platform for enterprise restaurant customers, while turning deployment lessons into reusable tools and product feedback.
What you'll do
- Partner with customer engineering teams to scope, architect, implement, and launch integrations.
- Configure the platform for restaurant operations, and monitor and troubleshoot production deployments.
- Create reusable deployment tools and playbooks and relay field requirements to product and engineering.
