Build and deliver a scalable client enablement program that helps legal professionals adopt DeepJudge’s AI-powered knowledge tools.
What you'll do
- Design role-based learning paths, training courses, and self-serve resources for users and firm administrators.
- Coach Customer Success Managers and lead virtual and on-site training for large and strategic clients.
- Partner with Product and Product Marketing on feature training and measure training’s impact on adoption.
