Own strategic finance and growth analytics for Descript’s go-to-market engine, informing forecasting, investment, and growth decisions.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain growth, ARR, sales-led revenue, and GTM financial models; forecast pipeline, conversion, retention, and revenue.
- Partner with GTM and data teams on metrics, dashboards, goal setting, performance analysis, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze marketing efficiency, pricing, packaging, and monetization; communicate recommendations to leadership.

- 7 to 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, GTM finance, growth analytics, or related roles at SaaS companies.
- Advanced SQL skills and ability to self-serve data end to end.
- Hands-on experience with top-of-funnel analysis, ARR modeling, and revenue forecasting.
