What you'll do
- Provide high-volume employee relations and performance management support to a large non-exempt employee population, including conflict resolution and policy compliance.
- Consult with managers on organizational design, compensation, performance and talent management, coaching, and training.
- Develop people strategies and programs to attract, engage, and retain a diverse workforce; partner with Recruiting and Finance on HR policies and procedures.
