Build and oversee day-to-day operations for Devoted Medical Group’s home-based and telehealth practice in Yavapai County, improving care delivery, workflows, and performance.
What you'll do
- Build the clinical and back-office infrastructure, including staffing, systems, workflows, logistics, and operating procedures.
- Manage practice operations, patient outreach, visit scheduling, and clinical, financial, and operational performance.
- Improve member satisfaction and support plans to scale the practice to other markets.
