Coordinates medication recommendations and follow-up among members, providers, pharmacies, and Devoted’s clinical pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Conduct outbound calls and portal outreach to schedule pharmacist appointments and address clinical gaps or medication concerns.
- Manage assigned cases, following up with providers, pharmacies, and members on medication recommendations, cost alternatives, and claims or pickup issues.
- Help members navigate benefits, document next steps, and support team projects, coverage, and training.

- Active National PTCB Certification.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls to members, providers, and pharmacies.
