Own and develop cost accounting, financial planning, allocation, and profitability reporting across markets, products, segments, and legal entities.
What you'll do
- Build driver-based financial models, forecasts, business cases, and ROI analyses; assess results against modeled assumptions.
- Develop cost allocation methods and cost accounting policies, and provide market- and product-level profitability analysis.
- Support cost-related monthly close, reporting, audits, and regulatory inquiries while improving scalable financial tools and processes.
What they ask for
- Hands-on cost accounting experience, including allocation methodology, cost center design, and unit or product-level costing.
- Core FP&A or accounting experience with budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Advanced financial modeling skills and comfort with large, imperfect datasets, AI, and/or a BI platform.
- Deep understanding of ERP or planning systems, or experience standing up a cost allocation model from scratch.
Nice to have
- Healthcare services and/or health insurance experience.
- Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
