About the job
Build and run Dexmate’s physical operations, managing inventory, lab readiness, and domestic and international shipments of robots and materials.
What you'll do
- Manage inventory systems, receiving, storage, cycle counts, and kitting for robot builds.
- Maintain lab organization, ESD compliance, safety, equipment, and battery and hazmat storage.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including robot packaging, export documentation, shipment tracking, and damage claims.

- 3+ years in hardware lab operations, materials management, or logistics at a hardware, robotics, or capital equipment company.
- Direct experience with inbound and outbound logistics, including international shipments.
- Built or meaningfully improved an inventory system.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for much of the day.
Nice to have
- Current lithium-battery hazmat / dangerous goods certification (49 CFR ground, IATA DGR air); certification can be provided.
- Experience shipping capital equipment internationally, export compliance, forklift certification, or scaling from prototype builds to customer shipments.
