About the job
Designs and validates mechanical subsystems for Dexmate’s humanoid robot platform, owning their development from requirements and prototypes through supplier qualification and production release.
What you'll do
- Design and analyze mechanical parts and assemblies, including CAD, FEA, tolerance stack-up, kinematic analysis, and production drawings.
- Build prototypes, fixtures, and validation plans; test and document mechanical performance and integration.
- Lead subsystem production transition, including DFM/DFA, supplier qualification, first-article inspection, failure resolution, and production ramp.

- 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience in robotics, industrial automation, automotive, aerospace, or consumer electronics, including at least one product shipped to production.
- Expert 3D CAD proficiency and mastery of GD&T per ASME Y14.5 for production-ready drawings.
