Marketing Principal/ Director - Physical AI

What you'll do

• Create and measure account-based campaigns with Sales, including demand tracking and pipeline attribution.
• Define positioning and personally produce content that translates technical capabilities into clear buyer-facing messages.
• Lead executive and social content distribution, events, trade media, and repeatable AI-driven marketing workflows.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, or comparable work demonstrating Principal-level judgment and ownership.
• Experience with solo-marketer scope in a complex technology environment, personally owning strategy and execution.
• Experience marketing enterprise AI, physical AI, robotics, or complex industrial technology to enterprise operations buyers in relevant industries.
• Strong technical writing and editorial judgment, defensible evidence of audience or demand growth, Sales partnership on pipeline, and regular use of AI tools with a measurable workflow and appropriate controls.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing Enterprise AI, Physical AI, or robotics products to enterprise buyers.
• Experience in adjacent technical markets, production or operationally complex products, relevant media relationships, or target-account event programs.

Pay

$180,000–$210,000 USD annual base salary
