Principal Product Manager, Physical AI Applications (Retail & 3PL)

What you'll do

• Own product strategy, roadmaps, PRDs, specifications, and market discovery for Retail and 3PL applications.
• Partner with GTM on market entry, customer qualification, value propositions, and commercial growth.
• Lead customer deployments and systems testing through KPI proof, acceptance, and expansion.

What they ask for

• 10+ years in product management, product strategy, and/or management consulting, including enterprise product-line ownership in robotics, industrial automation, physical products, or a similarly complex domain.
• Experience in warehouse, parcel, or retail-distribution operations and enterprise deployments through KPI proof and contracted expansion.
• Experience setting quantitative targets, conducting systems tests, and working with enterprise contracts, acceptance criteria, validation processes, and integrator or partner delivery models.
• Ability to work regularly from the Redwood City headquarters and travel approximately 25% of the time to customer sites.

Nice to have

• Vertical strategy experience in enterprise technology, industrial automation, robotics, or material handling.
• Experience scaling bespoke integration into repeatable offerings; pricing and packaging, partner strategy, portfolio economics, industrial-robotics safety, or startup/scale-up experience.

Pay

$180,000–$225,000 USD annual base salary
