Leads software security for Dexterity’s robotics product lines, including hands-on coding, policy development, compliance work, and security guidance for engineering and customer-facing teams.
What you'll do
- Write and review code, analyze security requirements, and mentor developers on secure coding practices.
- Maintain security guidelines, incident plans, and other policies; help establish and enforce security processes.
- Work with auditors, prospects, customers, and internal teams to demonstrate and communicate security compliance.

- Background in InfoSec, software supply chain security, and secure coding practices.
- Led or significantly contributed to achieving ISO27001 and SOC2 compliance; experience working with auditors and customer InfoSec/IT teams.
