What you'll do
- Manage the business’s budget, full P&L, financial reporting, and corrective actions to meet financial objectives.
- Improve sales and operational processes, customer satisfaction, profit margins, and returns on sales.
- Hire, train, coach, and evaluate employees; manage scheduling, meetings, performance expectations, and accountability.
