About the job
Develops and leads DH Pace’s national service sales training program for technicians and managers across service lines and locations.
What you'll do
- Create, deliver, and continuously improve technician and manager sales training, curriculum, and onboarding.
- Travel to local offices to facilitate training and partner with leadership to assess needs and reinforce skills.
- Track training effectiveness, report metrics, and adapt the program based on field results and feedback.
What they ask for
- 5+ years of sales or sales training experience, with demonstrated success in residential, in-home, or direct-to-consumer environments.
- Experience designing and facilitating group sales training; formal sales trainer or curriculum development experience required.
- Ability to build a training program from scratch and deliver practical, repeatable sales instruction.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight; valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
