Manage day-to-day operations for DH Pace’s Tucson team, overseeing costs, projects, employees, safety, and customer service.

- Control labor and material costs and ensure customer service levels and project outcomes meet expectations.
- Review financial and operational reports, develop improvement plans, and coach, hire, train, and develop employees.
- Coordinate scheduling and troubleshooting, communicate with customers, and lead safety and department meetings and P&L reviews.
