Manages DH Pace’s commercial installation and/or service operations in Harlingen, including personnel, workflows, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
What you'll do
- Lead commercial operations and personnel, ensuring work is performed efficiently, safely, and profitably.
- Improve operational processes and oversee scheduling, budgets, sales, and gross profit objectives.
- Hire, train, coach, and evaluate employees; communicate with customers to address problems and identify opportunities.
