What you'll do
- Meet decision makers and develop sales with commercial and industrial property owners and managers, schools, municipalities, and hospitals.
- Prepare scopes of work, estimates, and proposals, managing sales from initial contact through closing.
- Meet sales and gross profit standards and maintain the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
