About the job
Supports sales by communicating with residential customers, developing opportunities, estimating projects, and preparing and submitting pricing proposals.
What you'll do
- Contact existing and potential customers to develop sales opportunities or resolve problems, and work with management and Service Technicians on customer solutions.
- Estimate and submit customer proposals, including pricing for complex projects, within 24 hours.
- Maintain CRM and SAM records; provide labor, materials, and parts lists for order entry and work toward sales objectives.
