Manage full-cycle recruiting and sourcing for roles across DH Pace’s Mountain Region and other offices, guiding candidates through a positive hiring experience.
What you'll do
- Manage requisitions and source candidates for installer, technician, warehouse, administrative, and management roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and conduct initial phone or video interviews, serving as candidates’ primary contact.
- Represent the company at career and campus fairs and technical schools.
