Plans, directs, and coordinates construction projects to meet schedule, budget, and scope objectives while managing resources, staff, customer communication, and project finances.
What you'll do
- Review plans and specifications, establish project timelines and budgets, and allocate staffing and resources.
- Coordinate project work and staff, monitor progress, and address schedule or scope issues.
- Communicate with customers, manage submittals, permits, closeouts, and parts ordering, and oversee project financial success.
