About the job
Plans, directs, and coordinates construction projects to meet schedule, budget, scope, and financial objectives.
What you'll do
- Review project plans and specifications to establish timelines, budgets, staffing, and resources; assign work and advise staff.
- Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and adjust plans to keep work on schedule and within budget and scope.
- Communicate with customers, pursue sales opportunities or resolve problems, and manage submittals, permits, closeouts, and parts ordering.
