- Assist with scheduling jobs and provide real-time problem-solving support to office staff and service technicians.
- Monitor technician schedules and job completion; follow up with customers and facilitate completed-job processing and accurate billing.
- Conduct performance reviews and counseling with the Department Manager, complete paperwork, and help set department goals.
