Deploys and tunes AI agents in customers’ procurement and supply chain workflows, leading implementations from scoping through adoption and value realization.
What you'll do
- Map customer workflows and configure, test, and tune AI agents to automate appropriate processes.
- Lead end-to-end customer deployments and advise stakeholders on automation opportunities and business outcomes.
- Build implementation playbooks and share customer insights with Product and Engineering; partner with Sales on renewals and expansion.
