About the job
Work with manufacturing customers to translate build processes into structured BuildOS workflows and help them adopt the platform.
What you'll do
- Create workflows and work instructions from customer assembly processes, CAD, and engineering data.
- Lead onboarding and adoption during pilots and early deployments; advise customer teams and identify workflow improvements.
- Share customer feedback with product and engineering, and support demos, technical evaluations, and check-ins.
