About the job
Own full-cycle recruiting for individual-contributor roles across Dirac, from sourcing and screening to closing, while improving recruiting systems and pipelines.
What you'll do
- Source, screen, coordinate, and close candidates across technical and non-technical functions.
- Partner with hiring managers on talent standards and targeted sourcing strategies; maintain candidate records and reporting in the ATS.
- Build recruiting pipelines and improve recruiting processes, systems, tooling, and operational efficiency.
