About the job
Automate and manage Ditto’s core IT services, infrastructure-as-code workflows, security controls, and IT support operations.
What you'll do
- Convert configuration management for key services into infrastructure as code, including a GitHub Enterprise Managed Users workflow driven by Terraform.
- Prioritize automation projects using ITSM data and work with security to implement controls, hardening, and monitoring.
- Provide some help desk support and document system run books and inventory.
