What you'll do
- Drive customer implementations from kickoff through production, maintaining program plans and translating requirements into engineering deliverables.
- Coordinate engineering, product, support, FDE, and account teams; manage incidents and escalations.
- Own renewal outcomes, customer relationships, QBRs, and expansion-signal handoffs.
