Leads day-to-day operations for a fleet of metal additive manufacturing systems, developing technicians and improving safe, reliable, certifiable production.
What you'll do
- Oversee print operations, including safety, quality, throughput, delivery, equipment utilization, and continuous improvement.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop technicians; establish qualification standards and consistent procedures across shifts.
- Lead cross-functional problem solving and corrective actions to improve process reliability, yield, labor efficiency, and cost.
