Leads development and improvement of production processes for machining, automated assembly and finishing, inspection, and cleaning work centers, resolving shop-floor issues and scaling manufacturing operations.
What you'll do
- Support daily production execution, troubleshoot issues, and manage throughput and work-in-process flow.
- Develop and improve CNC machining, automated assembly, anodize, inspection, and cleaning processes, including programming, tooling, fixturing, and setup documentation.
- Integrate and commission equipment, improve manufacturability, and analyze production data to address quality and efficiency problems.
