Develops and standardizes manufacturing documentation and training that captures technical knowledge, supports workforce qualification, and promotes consistent production across teams and facilities.
What you'll do
- Create and maintain complex manufacturing procedures, work instructions, specifications, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
- Observe manufacturing-floor operations and collaborate with subject-matter experts to turn technical processes and lessons learned into clear, reusable content.
- Improve documentation standards and training systems; lead small projects and support operational handoffs for new equipment, technology, and processes.
