Leads Divergent’s non-destructive evaluation strategy, teams, and production inspection capabilities, integrating qualified inspection methods and data into its manufacturing platform.
What you'll do
- Build and lead NDE engineering and production inspection teams; own the NDE strategy and technology roadmap.
- Develop, validate, and qualify inspection methods and procedures, and establish standardized workflows, training, certification, equipment controls, and governance.
- Integrate inspection equipment and data with MES, traceability, automated disposition, and the DAPS digital thread; provide technical support across product and production activities.
