Leads Divergent’s global supplier quality strategy and organization, ensuring externally sourced components, materials, and services meet quality standards from prototype through production.
What you'll do
- Build supplier quality systems, governance, audits, qualification, and APQP/PPAP processes across the supply base.
- Manage supplier performance, nonconformances, corrective actions, risk-based inspection, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop the Supplier Quality Engineering team and partner with internal functions and suppliers on industrialization and production readiness.
