Lead Additive Manufacturing Technician

What you'll do

• Prioritize work-center workflow, coordinate staffing and equipment availability, and communicate production risks and shift handoffs.
• Operate and maintain equipment; oversee preventive maintenance, safety, FOD control, quality practices, and accurate digital documentation.
• Train and mentor technicians, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and support investigations and continuous improvement.

What they ask for

• Hands-on experience operating and maintaining industrial additive manufacturing and post-processing equipment in production, with proficiency across multiple machines or processes.
• Ability to use MES and CMMS or learn similar systems quickly; experience planning and prioritizing production work.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members and lead a small team; mechanical aptitude including multimeter, electrical power, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls; ability to work flexible hours and meet stated physical demands.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of hands-on additive manufacturing experience, preferably metal laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) in production.
• Experience with post-processing operations, regulated manufacturing quality systems, or technical equipment such as lasers, EDM, robotics, CNC, and CMM.

Pay

$33.00 - 39.00 USD per hour (base salary); $37.00 - 43.00 USD per hour (base salary); $33 — $43 USD (base salary)
