Builds workforce capability in Advanced Manufacturing by diagnosing performance needs and designing, delivering, and evaluating scalable learning programs.
What you'll do
- Consult with leaders and subject-matter experts to identify capability needs and recommend interventions.
- Design curricula, learning pathways, assessments, and technical learning experiences; facilitate training and coach subject-matter experts.
- Analyze and maintain LMS and workforce data, report learning outcomes, and lead learning projects and pilots.
