Develops and improves production machining, automation, inspection, and related manufacturing processes, solving shop-floor issues and scaling high-precision production.
What you'll do
- Support daily production execution, resolve floor issues, and manage throughput and work-in-progress flow.
- Develop and improve machining, automated assembly and anodize, inspection, and cleaning processes, including CNC programming, tooling, fixturing, and documentation.
- Integrate and commission equipment, support DFM, and use production data to identify root causes and implement improvements.
