What you'll do
- Lead engineers driving design-for-manufacturing, process development, and implementation of advanced manufacturing methods.
- Oversee manufacturing requirements, specifications, and root-cause investigations to ensure reliable, high-quality production.
- Set priorities, mentor engineers, and develop manufacturing approaches that improve scalability, automation, quality, cost, and throughput.
