About the job
Leads and improves machining, automated assembly, anodize, inspection, and cleaning processes to resolve production issues and scale high-reliability manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Own daily production execution, troubleshoot floor issues, and maintain throughput and WIP flow.
- Develop and improve work-center processes, CNC programming strategies, tooling, fixturing, documentation, and inspection practices.
- Support equipment commissioning, DFM, process scalability, and data-driven corrective actions.
