About the job
Develop and improve Laser Powder Bed Fusion (L-PBF) equipment, processes, and software workflows to qualify consistent, high-performing, cost-effective additive-manufactured materials and support aerospace applications.
What you'll do
- Improve and qualify in-house L-PBF equipment, print parameters, and material performance.
- Develop print-file toolpath techniques and use material qualification methods to meet cost, quality, and performance goals.
- Collaborate on product feasibility and risk, maintain engineering specifications, and support non-conformance investigations and corrective actions.

$141,380 - $194,390 USD base salary; $163,270 - $224,500 USD base salary
