About the job
Own and improve assigned Laser Powder Bed Fusion production equipment, troubleshooting failures and supporting its transition from qualification into reliable, high-volume manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Improve equipment reliability, throughput, yield, and overall equipment effectiveness; investigate failures and implement corrective actions.
- Support equipment qualification, installation, commissioning, production readiness, and factory ramp activities.
- Develop and improve fleet standards, maintenance procedures, configuration controls, and technical documentation.

Pay
$111,300 - $153,040 USD base salary (Engineer II / E04); $128,520 - $176,720 USD base salary (Sr. Engineer / E05)
