Leads reliability, troubleshooting, and fleet-wide improvement of Laser Powder Bed Fusion production equipment as it moves from development into high-volume manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Lead equipment reliability work, fleet problem-solving, and root cause investigations; develop corrective actions and cost reductions.
- Support Service and Operations with technical guidance, work instructions, preventative maintenance improvements, and mentoring.
- Guide equipment change and configuration management, and support installation, commissioning, qualification, and production readiness.

Pay
$111,300 - $153,040 USD base salary; $128,520 - $176,720 USD base salary; $148,430 - $204,090 USD base salary; $111,300 - $176,720 USD base salary
