Supervises inspection and metrology operations and technicians to ensure product quality, reliable measurement, and compliance in production and development environments.
What you'll do
- Lead daily inspection operations, coordinate staffing and equipment, and support production schedules.
- Oversee measurement strategy, CMM execution, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Coach technicians, review inspection results, maintain measurement documentation, and promote quality and continuous improvement.
